EPL: Wenger mocks Liverpool for failing to go unbeaten

Legendary Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has thrown a jibe at Liverpool for failing to go unbeaten.
Wenger led the Gunners to the Premier League title in the 2003/2004 campaign without losing a match.
The Reds looked set to match the record this season but were shocked 3-0 by Watford in February.
The result ended Liverpool’s 18-match winning streak, although they look set to end their 30-year wait for a title.
When asked if he was pleased by the Hornets’ win, Wenger told beIN Sport: “Yes, it was a form of satisfaction. We always like to be the only ones to achieve something.
“They [Liverpool] could really go all the way. But it shows that it is difficult to repeat this feat. Anyway, that day, I had a lot of messages from Arsenal
supporters!”
