Samsung‘s Note 8 was one of the best phones of 2017, yet I couldn’t help but think it felt a little tame. When the Note series has long represented overpowered specs and features, Samsung seemed to play it safe in order to prevent another disaster like the Note 7’s. With the Note 9, Samsung is ready to be more daring again.
